Een snelgroeiende afdeling van een bekende fastfoodketen zoekt een Senior Accounting Specialist. Deze brede rol omvat taken zoals het zelfstandig onderhouden van een klantenportefeuille, het ondersteunen en aansturen van het team en het verbeteren van financiële processen en rapportages.

Een toonaangevende fastfoodketen met een snelgroeiende afdeling in de MKB-sector, gericht op efficiënte financiële dienstverlening en automatisering. Deze keten staat bekend om zijn informele werksfeer en jonge, dynamische team. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Nieuwegein, met flexibiliteit voor thuiswerken.

Omschrijving

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren van je eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Coördineren en reviewen van teamwerk en rapportages.
  • Beoordelen van maandelijkse financiële rapporten en balansaansluitingen.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van belastingaangiftes.
  • Opstellen van wekelijkse rapportages en Power BI dashboards.
  • Verbeteren van technologiegebruik, processen en workflows.
  • Contact onderhouden met franchisenemers en beantwoorden van hun vragen.
  • Bijdragen aan trainings- en ontwikkelingsprogramma's voor personeel.
  • Assisteren bij projectmatige procesverbeteringen.

Profiel van kandidaat

Wie ben jij?

  • HBO diploma in Accountancy of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
  • 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Ervaring met het samenstellen van maandcijfers, ervaring in een accountantskantoor is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke boekhoudkundige kennis.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met Power BI.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Passie voor technologie en procesverbetering.
  • Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en in teamverband kunnen werken, en goed kunnen omgaan met veranderingen.
  • Ervaring met NetSuite of Oracle is een pré.

Wat wordt geboden?

  • Salaris tussen €4000 en €4600 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, plus 8% vakantiegeld
  • Kilometervergoeding van €0,21 per km en een thuiswerkvergoeding
