Jouw uitdaging als Documentatie en Configuratie & Change Manager in Projecten

Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om binnen de verschillende projectteams de regels voor document beheer duidelijk te hebben en op de hoogte te zijn van de status van de documentatie. Welk document moet wanneer aan de klant geleverd worden en heeft het document het volledige goedkeuringsproces doorlopen.

Jij zorgt er ook voor dat deze documentatie samen met de bijbehorende software en data wordt opgenomen in de baseline van het project. Tijdens de verschillende fases van een project ben je op de hoogte van de wijzigingen die er lopen en organiseer je de vergaderingen om de voortgang in de gaten te houden.

Je bent in staat om zelfstandig uit te zoeken hoe een project gestructureerd is en hoe de subsystemen van elkaar afhankelijk zijn.

Je benadert proactief de stakeholders van het project en stelt hen vragen als: Hoe ver ben je met dit document? Hoe lang duurt het om af te ronden?

Kortom: je bent van begin tot eind bij het project betrokken. Je weet wat de eisen van de klant zijn en wat we op moeten leveren.

 

 

Enkele taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen en bijhouden van het project Documentatie Management Plan
  • Zeker stellen dat het project Documentatie Management Plan wordt toegepast door het project team
  • Bijhouden van het Contractual Deliverables Requirement List en de Documentation Master List
  • Werken in de EDMS tool en de gebruikers hierin ondersteunen

 

  • Opstellen en bijhouden van het project Configuratie & Change Management Plan
  • Het maken en publiseren van configuratie baselines
  • Organiseren van Change Control Board meetings
  • Op de hoogte zijn van de Alstom processen in Documentatie en Configuratie & Change Management

 

 

Ons team

Je komt te werken op de afdeling Global Planning & Operations Support van onze business unit Digital Mobility (DI&S) in Utrecht. Wij leveren digitale onderhoudsdiensten aan vervoersbedrijven voor treinen, trams en metros.

Je zult voornamelijk in kleine, multidisciplinaire projectteams werken bestaande uit een Project Manager, Project Engineerings Managers, de engineers en de Quality Manager.

Je komt te werken bij een internationaal bedrijf waar je lokaal en internationaal continue in contact bent met jouw collega’s en jijzelf bezig mag met stakeholder management.

Doordat we een groot bedrijf zijn, zijn er carrière- en ontwikkelkansen genoeg. Zo kun je bijv. verder groeien binnen het vakgebied van Documentatie – of Configuratie & Change Management, kun je werkzaamheden voor een andere Alstom site doen of zelfs een ander vakgebied kiezen zoals planning of industrialisatie.

Praktisch: we volgen de cao Metalelektro met o.a. 27 vrije dagen + 13 ADV dagen. Je salaris is afhankelijk van je ervaring en kan liggen tussen €3600 en €5600. Hybride werken is uiteraard mogelijk.

 

De ideale Documentatie en Configuratie & Change Manager

Ervaring in documentatie management en configuratie management is niet noodzakelijk, maar uiteraard is het wel een voordeel als je al enige ervaring hebt. Je voelt je fijn in een technische omgeving . Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden ben je in staat om stakeholders in beweging te krijgen, beheersing van de engelse taal is hierbij een must. Verder ben je proactief.

 

Over Alstom

Alstom ontwikkelt en produceert treinen, trams en metro’s, beveiligingsapparatuur en systemen voor de openbaarvervoersbedrijven zoals NS, ProRail, RET, GVB, HTM in Nederland. Met onder meer de levering van de nieuwe vloot Intercity New Generation (ICNG) treinen aan de NS, de oplevering van de Noord / Zuidlijn in Amsterdam zijn er in het oog springende successen geboekt.

Alstom is marktleider op het gebied van spoorweg beveiligingsystemen,waaronder ERTMS, door heel Nederland.

We hebben wereldwijd meer dan 15.000 voertuigen in dienst. Ons hoofdkantoor zit in Frankrijk en in totaal hebben we ruim 74.000 medewerker in 70 landen in dienst. In Nederland werken er 500 medewerkers, waarvan ongeveer 120 voor Signalling (jouw afdeling). www.alstom.com
