We are currently expanding our team of account managers in the DACH region and are looking for both junior and experienced professionals. As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing job boards in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, maintaining customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Your main tasks are:
- Management and development of customer relationships in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Generating new business through various channels
- Maintaining relationships with key customers and anticipating their needs
- Forecasting new business opportunities and monitoring customer satisfaction
- Development and introduction of new products and services
- Collaborate with the online marketing team to optimize the website
