What is the job about?

As a Head of Digital Architecture, you will direct platform and solution architecture according to the Digital Development mandate. In this role you will have a global scope and steer:

• E2E system engineering of Grundfos Global digital solutions across Grundfos;
• Strategy and governance of cyber security for digital solutions;
• Test strategy for E2E verification and performance testing of digital solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

Architecture and System Engineering:

• Supporting business value creation by translating business strategy, value proposition, and user experience into a realizable, competitive, industry-leading solution architecture in close collaboration with business development and potential customers across Grundfos;
• Leading E2E governance and design of architecture for digital solutions including compliance, technology governance, gateways, connectivity, cloud, WEB & mobile apps as well as connection to third party cloud solutions and integration of potential collaboration partners which can be part of the ecosystem or solutions being developed;
• Directing requirement management, including system requirements in close collaboration with all Grundfos divisions, to verify that we deliver what we promise to our customers;
• Supporting early business creation with architecture blueprint, systems engineering and cyber security competences to enable high and agile digital business innovation.

Cyber Security:

• Owning and governing cybersecurity strategy for our digital solutions;
• Conducting training of developers in cyber security design ensuring security and alignment in our digital solutions;
• Ensuring market compliance with process and product certifications according to standards (legal, customer and market requirements);
• Ensuring relevant processes, requirements and release criteria are established across Grundfos.

Testing:

• Owning the test strategy for E2E verification and performance testing of the digital solutions;
• Supporting the unit Digital Development and Digital Enablement with automated system testing, ensuring proper test tools e.g., testing for bugs, cyber security, open-source vulnerability, penetration tests, etc.;
• Monitoring the performance of the digital solution and provide dashboards to ensure transparency and quality.

Your background

We imagine that you have:

• Master of science in electronics engineering, computer science or similar;
• 10+ years of experience in R&D leadership of large teams including design and implementation of strategic themes and operating processes;
• 10+ years of experience within entrepreneurial business leadership;
• 5+ years of experience within system engineering;
• 5+ years of experience in digital solutions & service design;
• Significant background delivering complex or specialized projects and activities in product R&D and System Engineering;
• 5+ years of experience in Leading and developing people;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams;
• Proven experience in project and change management.
