Uitzendbureau Manpower is op zoek naar een HR support medewerker voor CEVA Logistics in Venray.

In deze HR support functie ga jij je onder andere bezighouden met de volgende werkzaamheden:

  • Toelichten van procedures, arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-regelingen en doorverwijzen naar juiste systemen
  • Monitoren van interne opvolgingsprocessen na verwerking van gegevens, plus informeren van medewerkers over voortgang (status en doorlooptijden)
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en stagnaties en bespreken met leidinggevenden
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling, opzet, uitwerking en implementatie van HR-projecten, processen en systemen
  • Genereren en bewerken van rapportages over de HR-administratie met behulp van geautomatiseerde systemen (periodiek en ad hoc)
  • Verzorgen van communicatie over (gewijzigde) personeelsregelingen, personeelsvraagstukken, personeelswijzigingen
  • Opstellen van brieven en memo's (Canva)
  • Ondersteunen van HRBP's on site
