Then you might be our next Talent Scout

With your in-depth knowledge of the talent market within different functional areas you’ll be working closely with talent managers, hiring managers and business leaders to scout the right talent and help them understand key market drivers, competitive landscape and pitch-point. You’ll be building talent communities and participating in or leading cross-functional team projects. This role is part of our dynamic Talent team and our mission is to build thoughtful recruitment strategies and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for all our entities in the Netherlands.

In this role you’ll also be responsible for:

Actively scouting of candidates in the external market through various channels to build pipelines for our key positions and attract the right talent for our vacancies within assigned functional scopes and business areas Partner up with our businesses to ensure the right approach is taken to attract the best talent Support with posting jobs, doing screening calls and managing & supporting end-to-end recruitment processes Building talent market maps and create marketing campaigns per key role in alignment with the Talent Manager and business leader Follow and share trends and market insights relevant to specific functional areas and help influence talent partners and hiring managers on a target search strategy Lead/take part in transversal projects within the Talent team that can impact our wider HR and/or business stakeholders in the Netherlands

About you

You are enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are able to develop authentic relationships through generous listening and willing to work in a Netherlands multi-Hub environment which requires presence on multiple locations. You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast changing, complex and high energy environment. You will also need to be proactive, as you will have a lot of space to work on improving our ways of working and identify new talents. You also bring the following background:

You are fluent in Dutch language You have a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field You have 2-3 years of experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter or HR Professional.
