Your responsibilities: Create test plan and -procedures Coordinate and manage test process and the testers Meet with BPE to understand their User Stories Review the User Stories Develop test cases, test data and prioritize testing activities Execute all the testcases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects Inform the stakeholders about the readiness of the software Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Minimum 5 years of experience of managing (test) team - preferably in a multi-location company (MedTech, Retail) Proficient in testing methodologies, automation tools (Leapwork), and test management tools (Azure DevOps) Proficient in setting up automation frameworks and applying test automation best practices Knowledge of SDLC models (Scaled Agile, Waterfall) and ability to improve QA processes Analytical skills for issue identification and resolution Proficient in creating reports for all stakeholder groups Skills in identifying and managing testing-related risks Fluent in English; written and spoken We offer: We can offer you a new challenge, with interesting tasks and much more – including an open corporate culture, flat hierarchies, support for further training and development, opportunities to take on responsibility, an excellent range of foods, sports and cultural facilities, attractive employment conditions, and flexible working time models.
