Wat ga je doen?
Als business support team Schiphol bij YoungCapital in Hoofddorp ga jij aan de slag voor onze klanten op Schiphol. Je ondersteunt de recruiters uit jouw team in het startklaar maken van alle kandidaten want onze kandidaten hebben een VGB nodig om aan de slag te mogen gaan. Jij vraagt dit voor ze aan en zorgt ervoor dat het op tijd bij de klant aankomt. Zit er haast achter? Dan breng jij de VGB langs bij de klant. Tof, want zo krijg je een kijkje achter de schermen van Schiphol
Zorg ervoor dat de kandidaten ready to go zijn
Naast het aanvragen van de Schipholpassen zorg jij dat de kandidaten alle informatie over de onboarding ontvangen. Daarbij horen ook het volgen van trainingen en e-learnings. Hierin blijf jij in control: jij houdt in de gaten of de kandidaten alle stappen doorlopen zodat zij op de beoogde startdatum starten. Tijdens het hele proces blijf je in nauw contact met de recruiters uit je team en de klant. Tot slot zorg jij ervoor dat alle documenten kloppend en aanwezig zijn en informeer jij je team tijdig over wijzigingen.
Wanneer werk jij?
Je werkt als busines support op ons hoofdkantoor in Hoofddorp voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Dit doe je van maandag tot en met vrijdag tijdens de standaard kantooruren.

Wat wij bieden

Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau;
- Je bent een doener die denkt in kansen en oplossingen en werkt secuur;
- Je hebt organisatorisch talent en je kunt werken met korte deadlines en ad-hocsituaties;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift.
