Als Jr Technical Engineer ben jij dé lead voor het managen en optimaliseren van preventief onderhoud, vervanging en verbeter concepten voor technische gebouw gebonden en terreininstallaties. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met de diverse stakeholders. Hierbij identificeer je risico’s samenhangend met het onderhoud en bepaal je noodzakelijke maatregelen.
In deze functie maak je deel uit van het centrale technisch managementteam binnen de Business unit waar wij voor diverse opdrachtgevers onze technische dienstverlening uitvoeren, van voldoen aan wetgeving tot gehele assetmanagement van gebouw- en terreininstallaties. Voor deze opdrachtgever werk je samen met de Technisch Manager en de subject matter experts. Voor Stedin beheren wij meerdere gebouwen waarbij het zwaartepunt ligt in de regio Rotterdam.
In de functie van Jr Technical Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de onderhoudsplanning en waar mogelijk te verbeteren met als doel de kostenefficiency te bevorderen, het verhogen van beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid en het optimaliseren van de levensduurverwachting van assets. Het beheer en opstellen van de meerjarenonderhoudsplannen op basis van de NEN 2767 methodiek behoort ook tot jou taak. (waarbij constant gekeken wordt naar verduurzaming van asset en gebouw) Verder draag je zorg voor de juiste administratie (compliance) van de utillities en gerelateerde assets via FMP én heb hiervoor een SPOC rol.
Als Jr Technical Engineer ben je onderzoekend ingesteld en beschik je over sturende en coördinerende vaardigheden. Een echte teambuilder die goed binnen een team kan functioneren.
Wat heb je ons te bieden?
Een MBO/HBO diploma in een technische richting.
Je bent bekend met de wet- en regelgeving omtrent installaties.
Je hebt ervaring met het werken een CMMS (zoals bijvoorbeeld FMP)
Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen van een MJOP (zoals bijvoorbeeld in O-Prognose).
Het werken met grote hoeveelheden data schrikt je niet af.
Je hebt ervaring met conditie gebaseerd onderhoud, O-prognose en/of NEN 2767 methodiek.
Je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlands en Engelse taal in woord en schrift.
