About the role:


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our user behavior analytics team within the DnA (Data and Analytics). This role will involve leveraging behavioral and digital marketing data to drive better decision-making and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral and digital marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising channels. 
  • Apply statistical methodologies and techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights to enable data driven decision-making
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing, product teams and DnA (Data and Analytics), facilitating communication, collaboration, and understanding of business objectives and data requirements.
  • Utilize Google BigQuery and our internal orchestrator platforms to create and maintain data sets that support sophisticated analytics and reporting capabilities. 
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of behavioral data in the warehouse maintained by the team. Implement processes and standards to maintain high data quality and integrity.

  • The ideal candidate will approach challenges with optimism, maintain a solutions-oriented mindset, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment
  • 3+ years’ experience in analytics role with experience in digital marketing analytics and or web analytics
  • Fluency in SQL, Python or any data mining language along with super visualization skills.
  • Comfortable navigating through big data in a cloud environment, prior experience with bigquery and google cloud platform is preferred 
  • Prior experience and comfortable using measurement tools like Google Analytics, Firebase etc. 
  • A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills - build bridges
  • A proactive, data-driven, and logical mindset with ability for end to end ownership
  • Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
