For this internship, we are looking for an ambitious young professional with a passion to support and improve daily administrative work in sales order management activities. This role is part of Corporate Finance Service department and supports us in working with multiple stakeholders which have ultimate commune goal, improve our Dutch customers service satisfaction.

Deliverables:

Within the framework agreed with your manager, helps Order Management team improves service deliverables. The deliverables will be assessed considering:  less time spent on current manual tasks, increase accuracy and transparency, increase standardization, and share the best practices within and across different teams.

Your learning goals will be:

  • Based on existing procedures and work instructions you will help develop a robust process in providing proper documentation for our sales record

  • Together with local team you will assess the possibility to standardize and automate routine tasks using advanced technology and tools, e.g. Automation Anywhere

A little about you:

  • You hold a bachelorâs degree with a background and affinity in finance administration, data management or dataâs logistics

  • You have a good record in working with data and figures, highly details oriented mindset and provide accurate deliverables

  • You have problem-solving ability mindset and project management exposure is a plus

  • You are open to embrace and make usage of different applications and technology in daily work

  • Excellent computer acumen, minimum MS Office, Excel advanced level

  • You are fluent in English - both verbal and written
