The role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to help us drive MLOps products and solutions at Nebius AI.
As the Senior Product Manager for MLOps, you will work with engineers, solutions architects to build a product that our customers love and will use every day to train and serve their models. We are looking for a passionate product manager who will dive into conversations with customers, deeply understand their daily workflows, research technologies and their value, and help pack them into solutions and services..
You’re welcome to work out of our office in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with engineers and designers to define product features, functionality, as well as requirements for backend systems and UX.
• Research how various ML technologies can be integrated into Nebius AI offering.
• Lead ML infrastructure products from ideas to launch and future development with cross-functional teams.
• Break down complex ideas into a prioritized set of problems for Engineering to solve.
• Run experiments with customers and collect feedback on the functionality and usability of the core product offering and its features.
We expect you to have:
• Strong expertise in AI/ML as a practitioner MLOps.
• 3+ years of experience in the ML/AI sphere.
• 2+ years of experience as product manager or development team manager.
• Deep understanding of customer workloads and challenges with MLOps tooling: model deployment, inference, observability, etc..
• Experience of proactive engaging in the product, evaluating it critically and understanding how to implement planned improvements.
• Ability to perform independently, make decisions and be accountable for the result.
• Fluency in English.
It would be an added bonus if you had:
• Hands-on ML engineer skills (e.g. key ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow or pyTorch).
• Understanding of the basics of neural networks and distributed training.
• Knowledge of Russian or any other European language.
