Your typical day includes:
  • Settlement of all cash receipts with sales (100+ stores)
  • Communication with stores in case of cash discrepancies
  • Reconciling and monitoring multiple clearing accounts with proper specifications
  • Supporting the Rent Accounting processes
  • Optimizing existing (business and/or accounting) processes
  • Dealing with (accounting) process queries from the business
  • Ad-hoc projects This job might be for you if you have:
    • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in any finance related field
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Strong communication skills and personality
    • Naturally curious, team player, hands-on and analytical

      • Flexibility to make sure you reach your full potential As a Junior GL Accountant you will be part of our global Finance team in Suitsupply’s HQ in Amsterdam. Together with the GL team your responsibilities include GL accounting for all Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, Payroll and the Travel & Expense flows of Suitsupply. Furthermore, you perform day-to-day work and the month end closing in an accurate and timely manner. Besides the daily routines, there is a strong focus on improving processes. We are looking for a young self-starter who is detailed but can also take a step back to understand overall figures and processes.
