Jouw rol

CROP accountants & adviseurs is een moderne organisatie met ruim 300 professionals, verdeeld over onze vestigingen in Amersfoort, Arnhem, Ede, Hoofddorp en Utrecht. We zijn actief binnen veel marktsegmenten in het mkb. Dit maakt dat je veel verschillende soorten klanten onder jouw hoede krijgt. Voor onze klanten ga je vanaf dag één rechtstreeks werken. Je levert een essentiële bijdrage aan de uitvoering van de assurance-opdrachten waarbij je veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte krijgt voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling. Naast je assurance-werkzaamheden zal je werk deels bestaan uit samenstel-werkzaamheden, fiscale werkzaamheden en het verlenen van diverse adviesdiensten.

Op gedeelde eerste plek, samen met de klant, staan jouw collega’s. Onze mensen en het geven van begeleiding vinden we belangrijk. Coachen, sparren en tijd voor hen inruimen behoort dan ook zeker tot het takenpakket.

Als je je verder wil ontwikkelen, geven we je graag die mogelijkheid en zal jouw manager je daarin begeleiden. Bij CROP zijn er veel mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen. Zo koppelen wij je bijvoorbeeld aan een buddy waaraan je alle werk gerelateerde vragen kunt stellen. Tevens krijg je een mentor waarmee je samen jouw ontwikkelplan uitstippelt. Zo blijf je groeien naar weer een volgende stap in je carrière.

Wie ben jij?

Onze ideale nieuwe CROP collega:

Heeft een afgeronde universitaire opleiding. Volgt momenteel de opleiding tot registeraccountant (RA) of heeft interesse om dit te gaan doen. Is een teamplayer. Is klantgericht, communicatief vaardig en analytisch. Is geïnteresseerd in vaktechnische onderwerpen. Schroom niet om contact op te nemen, ook wanneer je niet aan alle bovenstaande wensen voldoet. We kijken graag naar de mogelijkheden.
