In deze functie heb je de kans om

Een ervaren en multi disciplinair team aan te sturen welke verantwoordelijk is voor flow behoud van de fabriek. Je maakt deel uit van een manufacturing team aan mensen die passie hebben voor onze producten en deze graag compleet en op de juiste manier bij de klant willen krijgen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor

  • 25 Shop floor en merge controllers op 4 verschillende locaties waarvan 1 externe (Rhenus magazijn in Oirschot (Westfields))

  • Juiste toewijzing van kennis en capaciteit voor verscheidene bouwblokken (QL2), Field extension (QL3), SI (QL4) en merge (Westfields).

  • Comcell voorzitten en report outs in Tier structuur verzorgen

  • SAP maintenance en opschoning bewerkstelligen

  • Continuous improvement op eigen processen en updaten werkinstructies

  • Beheer materiële verstoringen en neem actief deel aan het beperken en vermijden ervan, samen met gelieerde afdelingen; productie planning, inkoop, Rhenus, e.a.

Je bent de juiste fit, als:

  • People management skills

  • HBO werk en denk niveau bij voorkeur met een logistieke achtergrond.

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met SAP en logistiek.

  • Ervaring met leiding geven aan een multi disciplinair team is een pré.

  • Sap kennis en Microsoft office (met name excel).

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
