Marktlink Capital is een Private Equity & Venture Capital (PE & VC) Fund Manager gevestigd in Nederland, met hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam. Wij bieden ondernemers en particuliere investeerders toegang tot de beste PE & VC fondsen. Marktlink Capital heeft momenteel een team van 30+ mensen en meer dan EUR 1,5 miljard aan kapitaalverplichtingen. Dit kapitaal is afkomstig van meer dan 1.500 investeerders die gezamenlijk in meer dan 100 PE & VC fondsen hebben geïnvesteerd.

Vanwege onze sterke groei zijn we per direct op zoek naar een Business Analyst ter ondersteuning van de investeerderscommunicatie en fondsselectie.

Als Business Analyst speel je een cruciale rol bij het analyseren van PE & VC fondsen. Mede op basis van jouw analyses bepalen we in welke fondsen we gaan investeren en draag je bij aan de rapportages die we maken voor onze investeerders. Dit is jouw kans om waardevolle ervaring op te doen in de Private Equity- en Venture Capital-sector, met volop ruimte voor professionele groei. Your responsibilities

  • Steile leercurve op het gebied van investeren in private equity en venture capital.
  • Verzamelen en interpreteren van fondsresultaten voor rapportages.
  • Assisteren bij het voorbereiden van kwartaalrapportages aan de investeerders van Marktlink Capital door data-inzichten op een commerciële manier te presenteren, waarbij kwaliteit en deadlines worden bewaakt.
  • Samenwerken met het Finance-team om tijdige en nauwkeurige rapportage te garanderen.
  • Werken met onze rapportagetool om de rapportageprocessen te optimaliseren.
  • Assisteren bij het opstellen van investeringsmemoranda gebruikt bij PE & VC-fondsselectie.
  • Bijwonen van due diligence-vergaderingen om de kwaliteit van private market-teams te beoordelen.
  • Ondersteunen van het fondsselectieteam met ad-hoc taken. Your profile
    • Je hebt 0-3 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in een financiële omgeving.
    • Je hebt een Bachelor in Finance, Economie, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
    • Je bent vaardig in Excel en PowerPoint.
    • Je bent een teamspeler met oog voor detail en een proactieve houding.
    • In staat om binnen deadlines te leveren.
    • Je beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels vloeiend. Why us?
