Wat je meebrengt

You love to sink your teeth into complex challenges. You always start with a data analysis and work towards a smart solution.

Furthermore, you have:
  • At least a university-level education and mindset
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, for example as a data analyst or DevOps engineer
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch language in both speaking and writing
  • Experience and interest in data collection and management
  • Strong communication skills: you understand the business question and provide strategic advice

The Group Disability business unit consists of three parts: Sales, Income Services, and the Expert Center. Your position is located within the Expert Center. Here, we focus on pricing and data with a team of 14 enthusiastic and driven actuaries and data analysts. Together, we ensure up-to-date, spot-on prices in a highly competitive market. Together with the pricing actuaries, we provide maximum insight into market position, premium structure, and dashboards to support the business, while also focusing on further development of our data capabilities.

In addition, our team is a pleasant mix of colleagues from many different ages, backgrounds, and experiences. In the driven, professional, and helpful atmosphere, there is always time for humor. On the (digital) work floor, but also outside of it, when RIVM rules permit, during our dinners and escape room outings.
