Wat ga je doen?
De wereld van pharma & food is eindeloos en de ambitie van YoungCapital is om hier groter in te worden door meer klanten binnen te halen. Deze specialty is nog redelijk nieuw binnen YoungCapital dus er liggen nog volop kansen die we willen benutten door nog meer focus aan te brengen. Als Business Development Manager bij YoungCapital draag jij actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze pharma en food specialty.
Impact maken op de loopbaan van jong talent als Business Development Manager.
Denk je alles te kennen, moet je opnieuw de flexibiliteit en de eagerness hebben om toch net weer anders te denken en de WOW-factor bij je klanten te behouden. Ook YoungCapital speelt hierop in. Je bent op de hoogte van wat er speelt binnen de branche en krijgt de mogelijkheid een kijkje achter de schermen te nemen bij grote spelers binnen de Pharma en Food sector. Klanten die binnen onze portefeuille vallen zijn o.a. FrieslandCampina en MSD. Jij weet je goed in te leven in de klant, denkt mee en kan vraag en aanbod dichter bij elkaar brengen. Je bent creatief en met jouw commerciële mindset weet je de omzet te verhogen. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met het klantteam, accountmanagers en de backoffice.
Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Jij ontwikkelt samen met jouw collega's de toekomstvisie voor de specialty Pharma & Food;
- Spotten van nieuwe kansen voor YoungCapital bij zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten met als doel ons marktaandeel en de omzet vergroten;
- Ondersteuning bij de ontwikkelingen van product/markt combinaties;
- Onderhouden van contacten op verschillende niveaus bij de opdrachtgever;
- Onderhouden van interne samenwerkingen;
- Schrijven van tenders en offertes in samenwerking met het bidteam;
- Samen met de (online)marketingafdeling van The Works zorgen voor opvallende recruitment- en marketingcampagnes.
- Het bijhouden van trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van Pharma & Food. Jij bent samen met de manager dé pharma & food-expert binnen ons bedrijf

Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal een hbo-diploma;
- Jij hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het accountmanagement;
- Je bent afgelopen jaren actief geweest binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling;
- Je vindt het fijn om met (sales) doelstellingen te werken en geeft niet op tot je het maximale bereikt hebt;
- Je bent een gesprekspartner op niveau, zowel extern als intern;
- Je hebt bewezen zeer zelfstandig en eager te zijn waardoor je goed je weg weet te vinden binnen een organisatie;
- Je durft dingen anders te doen dan de rest. Niet alleen in je werk, maar ook als persoon. Je bent ondernemend, barst van het initiatief en durft risico’s te nemen
