You will be responsible for credit control, providing guidance to stakeholders, creating and monitoring overdue payments as well as resolving disputes. Description

• Credit control: Managing A-Z including evaluating customer credit, approving credit applications, collaborating with sales and the rest of the team to assess credit risk and identify any risks to ensure improvement and accuracy.
• Master data maintenance: Creating and maintaining customer master records, looking at pricing conditions and ensuring that master data entries are complete and consistent.
• Collaborate with other teams such as sales;
• Communicate with customers about any overdue payments and resolving disputes;
• Other tasks regarding collections;

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field;
• Minimum 2+ years as a credit controller or with similar responsibilities;
• Experience with systems such as SAP or Power BI is a big advantage;
• Good command of the German and English language in oral and written;
• Proactive, communicative, enthusiastic and can work independently and in a team;
