You will be a part of the R&D Grooming & Beauty Management team, working closely with the Innovation Teams. You'll lead a team of 47 experts, including two Group Leaders, across 8 specialized competences.
Your role:In this influential role, you will formulate and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the Rapid Prototyping Department.
Lead and inspire a team of 47 experts, including two Group Leaders, across 8 specialized competences.
Create an engaged, innovative, and inspiring work environment by motivating, challenging, and coaching your team. Manage and optimize the innovative climate, stimulating entrepreneurship and driving engagement.
Enhance both internal and external relationships, increasing the visibility of the department's capabilities and opportunities within and outside Philips.
Collaborate with various R&D, marketing, and business units to foster seamless cooperation and innovation.

You have a bachelorâs or masterâs degree in engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
You have 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within a Rapid Prototyping or Product Development Environment.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have a demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively in a fast-paced setting.
You can collaborate effectively with various teams â operations, engineering, cross-functional team members, as well as external partners.
You are professional and proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
You have experience in related commercial project acquisition.
