We are looking for a new Account Management Coordinator employee to be based in Oostrum

Job summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Management Coordinator. As an Account Management Coordinator, you will be the liaison between two of our larger high-tech customers and the internal Flex organization, coordinate the delivery of products and services within the agreed SLAs and ensure that we meet and deliver all day to day operational and commercial aspects of the assigned accounts.

What a typical day looks like:

Coordinate and manage, with the support of an operational and Customer Focus teams, the delivery of products and services within the contract for the assigned customers.Act as first point of escalation and ensure compliance to contract and/or customer specific requirements.Identify areas for improvement to maximize service quality and profitability.Actively lead and/or participate in projects.Create and provide KPI performance reporting data and participate in business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.Execute business analysis to improve processes and offer these to the customer(s)Support the implementation of new or expansion of existing customers with new services.Supervise the office team and back-up for the Account/Program Manager.Controlling and managing the reworks from a operational as financial processes.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).Some years experience in the field of logistics/supply chain including some coordination/coordinator experience also.Good English AND Dutch language knowledge.Coordinating and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and other in- and external stakeholders plus good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and using logistics software and systems for tracking and managing shipments.Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.Demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.Eligible to work in the the Netherlands (EU).What you'll receive for the great work you provide:
