Bijbaan: Support Consultant

Doe als werkstudent ervaring op in het ondersteunen van medisch personeel en roosterplanners bij het samenstellen van hun roosters

Bij Performation, waarvan MedWeb sinds 2 jaar onderdeel is, zijn we op zoek naar een werkstudent Onze organisatie, met binnenkort een nieuw kantoor in Zeist, is een dynamische en groeiende speler die ziekenhuizen ondersteunt en adviseert op het gebied van capaciteitsmanagement, zorgregistratie, financiën en data.

Wat ga je doen als Werkstudent?

Je gaat aan de slag voor ons product MedSpace, een roosterprogramma voor medisch specialisten, arts-assistenten en ondersteunend personeel in ziekenhuizen. Wij bieden ondersteuning en support en zijn daarin veeleisender dan onze klanten. We bouwen software, complexe code en zijn tegelijkertijd voor onze eindgebruiker toch simpel in gebruik. De uitvoering van dat kunststukje onderscheidt ons van onze concurrenten. Bovendien werken we internationaal.

Bij MedWeb werken we met ongeveer 15 collega’s. We vinden het belangrijk dat onze klanten vrijwel direct geholpen worden. Daarom ligt als Werkstudent jouw focus op het ondersteunen van de helpdesk. Onze helpdesk is bereikbaar op maandag tot en met vrijdag van 9:00-17:00. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die minimaal 8 uur per week beschikbaar is om onze klanten via mail en telefoon te helpen met het gebruik van MedSpace.

Als je het helpdeskwerk snel onder de knie krijgt, willen wij jou de mogelijkheid geven om onze software te implementeren bij nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Je vraagt dan o.a. informatie op bij onze klanten om een goede eerste opzet van het rooster te maken, plant en geeft instructies bij hen op locatie of via Teams en volgt het gebruik van het product op. Jouw werkplek wordt Hilversum. Vanaf halverwege mei verhuizen wij naar Zeist.

Wat hebben wij jou te bieden als werkstudent?

Bij voorkeur 16 uur maar minimaal 8 uur per week Een financieel leuke vergoeding die past bij jouw werkzaamheden; Werktijden in overleg maar binnen kantoortijden van ons bedrijf (ma t/m vr 9:00-17:00) Bij voorkeur uren op vaste momenten in de week

Wat zien wij graag terug in jouw profiel?

HBO/WO denk- en werkniveau; Affiniteit met klantcontact via telefoon en e-mail; Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden; Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Goed in plannen en multitasken; Autorijbewijs is een pré.
