  • Work with QC for quality issues and CQA Actions
  • Ensure food safety and people safety on Non-PC lines
  • Reports the problems it detects regarding AIB, FSSC, GMP, Product Safety, Hygiene and Food Defense to the relevant responsible persons.
  • Supporting R&D for new product trials and launches
  • Support the lean six sigma projects.
  • Organizing the root cause analysis sessions for the team in order to eliminate downtimes, AIB and safety problems
  • Take an active part on 4 hourly, daily and weekly QCDM meetings to improve line KPIs and workflow capabilities.
  • Take an active part in the periodic reviews with the Process CET and Commercial Change Manager.
  • Take the responsibilities of plants OPEX and CAPEX agenda, capex writing, capex expense following
  • Follow up 30% MOH budgets and ensure spendings met on target
  • Follow up plant’s lean agenda and lead Non-PC lines’ deployment.
  • Reporting downtime, maintenance cost and projects’ KPIs..
  • Technical expertise to other TR snacks sites for Non-PC Lines.
  • Provide to the technical trainings for production operators to increase the capability
  • Tracking of the Non-PC operators’ team performance and getting improvement actions when necessary
  • Follow up utilities and take actions with maintenance team
  • Follow up and ensure the legal controls of lifting equipment
  • Follow up production supplies materials stocks.
  • Manage and follow up operation supplies stock level.
  • Manage and follow up TE & NE for Non-PC lines
  • Manage and follow up Non-PC lines reliability issues
  • Leading communication between teams
  • Attending the monthly Food Safety and Quality meetings and following the meeting actions in the areas they are responsible for.
  • Attending the monthly H&S meetings and following the meeting actions in the areas they are responsible for.
  • To ensure that the necessary actions are taken to ensure the continuity and improvement of the GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, to fulfill the system requirements
  • To know and fully comply with PepsiCo Environmental Occupational Health and Safety Policy,
  • To fulfill the legal and other requirements related to environment, occupational health and safety,
  • Ensuring that actions are taken by making risk notifications,
  • Leading the line capacity increase projects
  • Contributing to cross-functional innovation functions
  • Ensuring the completion of volume in weekly production plan
  • Ensuring efficient production runs on all process and packaging lines
  • Able to attend necessary trainings.
    Qualifications
    • Experienced in Capex writing and CAR process.
    • Building cross ops networks to identify best practices & drive improved decision making
    • High level English & Turkish
    • High level in MS Office Application,
    • High level of standard work & Lean implementations.
    • Awareness production planning knowledge.
    • Experienced in purchasing orders via mybuy related with operation.
    • Experienced in awareness on Quality & Safety Audits and procedures.
    • University degree (Engineering, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Food, Electric&Electronics)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Demonstrated leadership ability
    • Ability to multi-task, work independently and employ effective time management skills
