As an Ingredients Controller, you will be at the forefront of financial management and processes, actively contributing to monthly forecasting, performance analysis, and tracking of purchase price variance. You will be part of the Ingredients Controlling team led by Head of Finance – Ingredients Controlling. Your collaboration with ingredients category teams will be instrumental in optimizing sourcing and supplier strategy, supporting cost models expansion, and participating in key negotiations with suppliers. Your key tasks will include:
Prepare monthly financial forecasting and performance animation. Conduct financial analysis of monthly results, reporting, and performance KPI's follow-up. Track Purchase Price Variance to ensure cost efficiency. Play an active role in the annual budgeting process with category buyer. Partner with the ingredients category teams, providing active support. Contribute to the optimization of sourcing and supplier strategy. Support the expansion of cost models and actively participate in key negotiations with Suppliers. Optimize processes and ways of working within Finance and C&P communities of different Regions. Provide support to transversal projects within C&P and C&P Finance. Contribute to ad hoc projects and analyses for critical business decisions.OVER JOU
We’re seeking a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance (preferably with a Master's) and a strong grasp of Data Management and Business Intelligence tools. If you have at least 6 years of experience in business controlling, especially within the dynamic realm of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods and a knack for navigating procurement complexities, we want to hear from you. We value open-mindedness, resilience, proactiveness, and a strong team spirit. Your effective communication and analytical skills will play a pivotal role in managing financial forecasting.
