Wij zijn op zoek naar een Accounting Assistant voor een toonaangevend bedrijf gevestigd in Eindhoven.
In deze rol ondersteun je de Financial Accounting Manager bij diverse boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden en het onderhouden van het grootboek. Het betreft een fulltime functie binnen een internationaal georiënteerd team, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen en bijdraagt aan financiële processen zoals maandafsluitingen en BTW-aangiften. wie ben jij

In deze rol als Accounting Assistant ben jij een proactieve, nauwkeurige en analytische professional met een achtergrond in accounting of bedrijfseconomie.
Je hebt ervaring met boekhoudsystemen, bij voorkeur Exact, en bent bedreven in Excel.
Je kunt goed omgaan met strakke deadlines, vooral tijdens de maandafsluiting, en je hebt een scherp oog voor detail.
Je werkt graag in een team en communiceert effectief in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
Daarnaast ben je leergierig en bereid om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen binnen een dynamische financiële omgeving.

  • Afgeronde opleiding in Accounting/Bedrijfseconomie (HBO-niveau of vergelijkbaar);
  • Kennis van Exact is een pré;
  • Goede kennis van Excel;
  • Analytisch vermogen, nauwkeurig, proactief, enthousiast en bereid om te verbeteren;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels;
  • In staat om onder druk te werken en deadlines te halen (flexibiliteit bij maandafsluiting);
  • Vermogen om eigen werk te prioriteren;
  • Goede teamspeler.
wat ga je doen

Als Accounting Assistant ga je verschillende boekhoudkundige taken uitvoeren om de financiële administratie nauwkeurig en op tijd bij te houden.
Je ondersteunt de Financial Accounting Manager bij het beheer van het grootboek en helpt bij de maandafsluitingen. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het voorbereiden en boeken van journaalposten voor debiteuren- en crediteurentransacties;
  • Uitvoeren van accountafstemmingen en oplossen van eventuele verschillen tussen systemen en het grootboek;
  • Voorbereiden van betalingen en boeken van bankafschriften;
  • Ondersteunen bij de BTW-aangifte, SOX-controles, en audits;
  • Meewerken aan diverse ad-hoc projecten en andere financiële taken zoals toegewezen.
