We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Associate, Client Acceptance, based in our Vistra, Hong Kong office. This is a 6-month contract role reporting to the Head of Client Acceptance. Key Responsibilities:
Primary scope of assisting new business onboarding at Business Development (BD) and effective transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM) Assist BD in communicating and liaising with intermediaries/clients for onboarding purposes Assist in end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust, including: Incorporate or transfer Trust underlying company (ies) Ensure Trust documents are saved in data system Assist in initial opening bank accounts Assemble Trust kits for clients Provide admin assistance in relocation of office Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Key Requirements: University graduate or above in Business Administration / Account / Finance or equivalent 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Organized, meticulous, pro-active Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results-oriented Company Benefits:At our Hong Kong office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement and birthday leave.
