We at Allchiefs see our Young & Bright consultants as the new brains of the organisation. After all, as young, ambitious recent graduates, they represent the future of the field, which is why we like to invest a lot of time and energy in our Young & Brights. We really help them learn the profession of consultant, but in our own Allchiefs way. As a Young & Bright, you will therefore always be paired with one of our expert Chiefs, in order to learn quickly and be included in the work we do for our clients. Who we are looking for

We are looking for an ambitious & inquisitive Young & Bright consultant with a master's degree in engineering, business administration, sustainability, logistics and/or supply chain (or similar) with a strong affinity for data (e.g., processing, analysing and monitoring of data). Some work experience is always welcome but certainly not required. Next, you have excellent written and spoken skills in both English (and a plus for speaking Dutch). Excel and Powerpoint are perfect for you, and any other technical skills you may have are definitely worth mentioning with your application. Then, of course, you have a great affinity with the subject of logistics, ESG and sustainability, you enjoy using a data-driven approach to create valuable insights in sustainable logistics and you would like to work in consultancy.   • You are ambitious & eager to learn;
  • Taking initiative comes naturally to you, you are always looking to improve where you see opportunities;

  • You enjoy developing yourself at the cutting edge of sustainability, change management and carbon accounting;
  • You like to use data-driven approaches to translate data into concrete actions;
  • Completed a master's degree in engineering, business administration, strategic management, sustainability, logistics and/or supply chain or similar with a strong focus on data (e.g., processing, analysing and monitoring of data);
  • Good ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a keen eye for detail;
  • You are communicatively strong and can express yourself well in words (in English and preferably also Dutch). Why we make your heart beat?
