What the role is about

As our Financial Administrator you ensure the correct, timely and complete processing and payment of incoming invoices. You assist in the review of financial data for the monthly and annual closing. It is highly appreciated when you have input about improvements in the administrative process so that it runs correctly, timely and efficiently. You will be joining our driven Finance department which consists of CFO, Financial Accountant and a Credit Controller You will report to our Financial Accountant. Responsibilities

Process all incoming vendor bills and employee expenses; Import and process bank statements; Assist in monthly closing binders of several entities; Contribute to the improvement of several (workflow) process; Assist in our audit process activities; Support with other Finance (Accounting) tasks if needed.

Requirements

You have good written and oral communication skills in both English and Dutch; You are a strong team player who is accurate, organized and curious; You have a positive hands-on attitude; You are available for 24-32 hours per week; You have experience financial administration and basis computer skills; You have experience with Excel or are willing to learn working.
