Hier werken is synoniem aan het streven om klanten met al hun vragen te helpen en op zoek te gaan naar innovatieve oplossingen. Het vergt een flinke dosis creativiteit om deze oplossingen te bedenken, en we dagen je uit om een stapje extra te zetten om deze berijders weer op weg te helpen. Als Customer Care medewerker maak je deel uit van een hecht team en speel je een sleutelrol in het regisseren van onze dienstverlening naar de berijders. Het Customer Care team richt zich vooral op het beantwoorden van vragen over contracten. Heb jij de drive om voortdurend te streven naar verbetering en vernieuwing? Neem je graag de leiding en ben je altijd op zoek naar manieren om klanten op een persoonlijke en unieke manier te helpen? Dan willen we jou graag in dit team hebben.
Waar kun je aan denken op dagdagelijkse basis?
Samen met dit enthousiaste team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het waarmaken van onze servicebeloften, zoals: het bieden van zorgeloze mobiliteit, persoonlijke ondersteuning en altijd een passende oplossing bieden. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om op maat gemaakte oplossingen te bieden in verschillende situaties. Binnen de organisatie ben jij de ultieme klantambassadeur, omdat je als geen ander begrijpt wat de behoeften van onze klanten zijn. Je wordt voortdurend uitgedaagd om onze service te verbeteren en te vernieuwen, en we verwachten dat je samen met je team en collega's aan innovatieve ideeën werkt. Daarnaast ben je één van de strategische partners van de Manager Driver Care en samen met hem werk je aan duurzame verbeteringen voor onze berijders.

Wat wij bieden
- Een salaris tussen de € 2850 en € 3700 euro o.b.v. 40 uur (afhankelijk van ervaring);
- Reiskostenvergoeding (vanaf 10 km) van 0,21 eurocent per km en OV wordt volledig vergoed;
- Een mooie functie bij een internationale organisatie met groeiambities;
- Een functie van 32 uur voor minimaal 3 maanden
Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal een diploma mbo niveau 4;
- Jij hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen de customer service;
- Jouw Engels en Nederlands zijn perfect in orde
