Weâre building innovative property management software, and we're looking for a driven Product Manager to lead the way. Our PMS connects with third-party apps via API, creating an effective marketplace for consumers. We target real estate owners (B2B) who want to manage their garages more efficiently.


Product leadership

  • Full responsibility for the product vision, strategy, goals, success metrics, and roadmaps for our SaaS services across different business lines (Residential, Office, Hotels), the operating system, and the marketplace API for partners.

  • Deep commitment to solving customer, partner, and stakeholder problems, while finding opportunities to grow our market share.

  • Collecting data to guide the product direction, whether itâs health metrics, competitive intelligence, or other business metrics. Welcome and utilize critical feedback.

  • Maintaining a prioritization framework that facilitates clear and simple decision-making.

  • Maximizing impact on the marketplace and market expansion for our locations and value for the property owners. You do this based on customer needs, user experience, product quality, and business value, while balancing technical feasibility and risk.

  • Working with designers to deliver top-notch experiences that meet and exceed customer and partner expectations.

  • Collaborating with engineering teams early in the problem definition phase to ensure everyone is aligned towards the desired outcome, minimizing organizational overhead to deliver solutions quickly for customer feedback.


Craft leadership

  • Actively participating in product networks and the craft community with other business lines.

  • Leading and contributing to the craft community and company-wide efforts.

  • Investing time and energy into improving Product Management as a discipline.


What youâll bring

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS product management.

  • Experience with platforms, e-commerce services, and complex technical environments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills for analysing complex issues and developing solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels; strong written and presentation abilities.

  • Expertise in stakeholder management and influence, uniting diverse stakeholders to agree and move forward.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, leading multiple projects efficiently; experienced in agile methodologies.

  • Exceptional analytical abilities for interpreting data and trends, diagnosing problems, and recommending actions.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple responsibilities.

  • Proven track record in senior commercial roles, preferably in SaaS.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about driving innovation and disrupting traditional industries.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle management.

  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a keen eye for growth opportunities.

  • Fluent or native Dutch speaker, for frequent interactions with building owners and partners in the Netherlands.

Interview process

  1. First acquaintance call with recruiter, Jonathan.

  2. Second interview with the Head of Product to ensure your experience aligns with the role's goals.

  3. Technical interview: Assessing your knowledge of product management frameworks and behavioural skills, conducted by the Product Manager or CTPO.

  4. Product strategy case study: develop and present a product strategy based on a hypothetical scenario to a panel of leaders.

  5. Team interaction, an informal meeting with future team members to evaluate team dynamics and chemistry.
