In response to the fast-paced evolution of health and well-being needs, we're seeking a Test & Verification Engineer to join us in tackling complex challenges.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on innovative test solution projects covering various stages of the product life cycle.
- Work alongside Test Architects, Software Architects (automation), and other T&V Engineers to develop and execute test protocols and procedures.
- Have the opportunity to grow within the broader area of System Engineering and participate in the Green Belt Certification program.
- Be responsible for developing, executing, and documenting test designs and protocols/procedures, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Review and optimize test designs to meet functional and non-functional test requirements.
- Conduct tests to verify functionality, performance, reliability, and compliance, and document the results.
- Review product requirements and designs, ensuring testability and maintainability.
You will join the Test and Verification Engineering team, a diverse group of technical experts located globally, supporting innovative projects for Philips businesses worldwide.
To succeed in this role, we seek a young professional with:
- A PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Passion for enhancing patient safety and product quality.
- Experience with risk management, FMEAs, and statistical analysis.
- Interest in scouting new technologies related to System Engineering, particularly in Test and Verification.
- Hands-on mentality and planning skills.
- Motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., medical, automotive, aerospace) and familiarity with Measurement System Analyses (MSAs) are considered advantageous.
