Dear future au pair It's so lovely to meet you We've met some lovely au pairs in the past and are excited to find a new great match :) A bit about us: we're a family of four, moved from Oxford (UK) to Rotterdam in April 2024. Originally we are from Amsterdam, but because of our time in the UK, we speak both English and Dutch at home. We have two girls, aged 2 and 5. The eldest is sweet, sensitive, creative, and absolutely loves reading books. - Job DescriptionWe both work 4-5 days a week, with irregular shifts at the hospital. We'll ask you to cover a part of 3-4 of those depending on our roster, as per regulations around max 30 hrs a week. We'd love it if you could cook these days (hello fresh/meal packages will be provided - no need to do groceries).7. - AccommodationWe have a 4 bedroom house (175 m2) in Rotterdam, in the 'Liskwartier', a calm street a bit north of the city centre. The room is about 25m2 and has lovely stained glass windows. The room has a 1.40x2m bed, a desk and TV. The bathroom is shared. We have a garden and balcony. The area is quite calm, but the centre is only 10 min away. For us it's the perfect combination of city & community life If you love the outdoors, de Kralingse plas (water and park around it) is only 5 mins away.
