You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guestsYou are in charge of the welcome and good-bye process from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to create best experience for our guestsYou respond to our guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities and additional servicesYou take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks etc.You work in a team and in close contact with the other departments (F&B Management, Housekeeping, Service Center) YOUR PROFILE
You follow a MBO study program in Hotel Management, Front Office, Hospitality or TourismYou are a EU/EEA passport holderYou are available for an internship for a minimum of 16 weeksYou are flexible and open to different culturesYou speak English well and hospitality is perfectly suited to you MEININGER OFFERS
