About this role:
As a Global Program Manager for Strategic Accounts, you will build and deploy both strategic and technical programs aligned to our biggest market challenges and opportunities - driving organisational efficiency and effectiveness. Strategic Accounts include large global partners such as McDonald’s, Subway and Burger King, as well as National players such as New York Pizza and BurgerVision.
Your responsibilities will be diverse in topics, and vary in size and scale. Examples include the project set-up, governance and reporting for new business areas such as travel, the build of a partner lifetime value strategy and representation of Strategic Account technical requirements in both P&T and Sales Operations projects, such as the Partner Hub development and strategic account management incentives.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Strategic program build: Identify, initiate and drive global strategic improvement initiatives and continuous optimization that drive the Strategic Account agenda, with an emphasis on driving efficiencies, operational improvements and unlocking growth.
- Stakeholder management: Fostering close relationships with core central functions, driving prioritisation in core stakeholder roadmaps - operations, product, technology, business intelligence, sales strategy & operations and finance departments - influencing and aligning to prioritise, design and execute complex and technical projects successfully.
- Cross-functional planning and execution: Develop cross-functional work plans, gather and synthesise relevant data, lead analysis and develop recommendations - solving challenges at a global scale
- Continuous improvement: Regularly analyse performance as necessary, leveraging data to identify underperforming areas, perform root cause analysis and propose optimizations
- Vertical and horizontal communications: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels, ensuring they receive timely and relevant project updates, facilitate decision-making, managing expectations and flagging risks accordingly
- Subject matter expertise: Be known as the Strategic Accounts technical and operations subject matter expert, and influence key stakeholders to ensure their own projects and solutions meet our internal and external requirements
What will you bring to the table?
- Proven experience initiating and leading global and cross-functional projects or programs;
- Highly organised, pragmatic and results-focused; driven to manage projects full cycle;
- Strong problem solving skills; proven ability to structure very complex problems and conduct data-driven analysis to come up with recommendations;
- Strong technical and operational capabilities; comfortable with the details;
- Agile mentality, secure working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment;
- High energy, autonomy and resilience with a “get it done” personality;
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workloads alongside ad hoc tasks, and take initiative to understand where the largest JET opportunity is, resourcing accordingly to achieve great commercial outcomes;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders from technology to sales;
- Recognizes excellence and always strives to reach this;
- Based in Amsterdam or London.
