The Dutch government promotes Mobility as a Service (MaaS), emphasizing on-demand mobility over ownership. Numerous companies now offer MaaS apps. Info Support seeks insight into the market’s evolution and whether providers have fully embraced MaaS. Additionally, the adoption of the TOMP specification, a communication standard between mobility providers and transport operators, is of interest. During your assignment you will assess the progress of MaaS adoption and the integration of TOMP in the mobility landscape. Required interest(s)

The government of the Netherlands has been pushing the mobility market towards MaaS, advocating for a shift away from ownership and towards mobility on demand. In recent years, many companies have launched apps that provide Mobility as a Service. As a company deeply involved in the transport domain, Info Support is eager to understand the current state of the market. Have mobility providers genuinely shifted towards more MaaS-oriented products? How significantly has the shared mobility and public transport market changed? Many mobility providers have adopted TOMP as the primary specification for communication between themselves and transport operators. What is the current state of adoption of this specification in the wider mobility market?
