Een dag in het leven van

In deze rol ben je de aanjager van kwaliteit in productie en o.a. verantwoordelijk voor de invoering van kwaliteitsprocedures en standaarden. Je bent de rechterhand van de Value Stream Manager (productiemanager) en de Quality & Food Safety Lead bij het oplossen en voorkomen van kwaliteitsincidenten en coördineert kwaliteit gerelateerde onderhoudstaken binnen productie (zoals bijvoorbeeld inspecties en metingen). In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Supply Excellence Lead.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteunen van de Quality & Food Safety Lead in het oplossen van kwaliteit incidenten. Delen van de leerpunten met collega’s en het opvolgen van preventieve acties.
  • Ondersteunen van het HACCP programma in Productie door o.a. het monitoren van belangrijke kwaliteit controles zoals CCP’s en OPRP’s. Onderdeel uit maken van de HACCP teams.
  • Onderzoeken van consumenten klachten welke gerelateerd zijn aan de fabriek.
  • Ondersteunen van projecten vanuit het oogpunt van kwaliteit.
  • Begeleiden van interne en externe audits en helpen in het oplossen van geconstateerde tekortkomingen. Onderdeel uitmaken van het interne audit team in Veghel. Onderdeel van Track&Trace team
  • Non Conformity facilitator
  • Trainen van collega’s in geval van nieuwe procedures of een nieuwe manier van werken op het gebied van kwaliteit.
  • In gang zetten en opvolgen van de kwaliteitsverbeterkaarten (pestcontrole / jaarlijkse vs-cleaner validatie).
  • Het in kaart brengen van grondstof over-verbruik / NQC’s in de fabriek, om vervolgens samen met de ploegen en support afdelingen (IE, Finance) actie plannen te bouwen om dit tegen te gaan

Kwalificaties:

  • Minimaal HBO werk en denk niveau
  • Projectmanagement
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen; optreden als projectleider van Green Belt verbeterprojecten (DMAIC) en als coach/sparringpartner bij Green Belt verbeterprojecten (DMAIC) 
  • Sterke communicatie skills (in het Nederlands en Engels)
  • Affiniteit met grondstoffen & procestechnologie
  • Praktische instelling, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, stressbestendig
