Ben jij een nachtbraker? Ben je super energiek in de nacht en wil jij je inzetten voor de mensen zonder helper? De gesprekken vinden plaats in de eerste week van juli Meld je dus snel aan.In onze regio hebben wij verschillende vacatures waarbij je minimaal 12 uur tot maximaal 18 uur per week kan werken. In overleg met jou kijken we naar de mogelijkheden bij ons. Je komt te werken op één van onze vaste locaties. Het gaat om de volgende locaties in Utrecht: Laagdrempeling 24-uursopvang, Enkeltje Zelfstandig en Domus+ Heijcopperkade. We gaan het gesprek met je aan om te kijken naar je wensen maar ook je kwaliteiten, en hoe we deze goed kunnen inzetten om elkaar te versterken.
Jij bent in de nacht verantwoordelijk voor de orde en veiligheid op de locatie, zorgt ervoor dat de rust op de afdeling wordt bewaakt en je steekt ook lekker je handen uit de mouwen. Hier en daar leeg je een prullenbak of je haalt een doekje over een tafel. Je biedt een luisterend oor aan bewoners die behoefte hebben aan een praatje. Soms is het nodig om de-escalerend te handelen, dan blijf jij rustig en zorg je voor een veilige situatie. Daarnaast is het bieden van persoonlijke zorg soms ook nodig, denk hierbij aan delen van medicatie of het verzorgen van ADL taken.
Uiteraard vind jij het geen probleem om in de nacht te werken. Sterker nog: in de nacht functioneer jij op je best Onze ideale kandidaat staat stevig in zijn/haar schoenen, heeft een luisterend oor en komt warm over, maar is ook professioneel en weet afstand te bewaren en grenzen aan te geven.

Positieve werksfeer: een goede teamdynamiek, ruimte voor overleg, feedback en samenwerking op een respectvolle manier Even tot rust: ons werk kan soms heel pittig zijn. Daarom begrijpen we dat je echt behoefte hebt aan rust en krijg je 170 verlofuren bij een fulltime contract (36 uur) Van A naar B: welk vervoersmiddel je ook kiest, bij ons krijg je altijd een reiskostenvergoeding (kilometervergoeding, NS Business Card, fietsplan) Extra’s: zoals een individueel keuzebudget (eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% en vakantietoeslag van 8%), pensioenopname en sportbudget
Minimaal een diploma op mbo niveau 3, richting beveiliging of sociaal werkJe hebt een BHV diploma of je bent bereid deze te halenJe bent zelfstandig, flexibel, initiatiefrijk, stressbestendig en kunt goed relativerenJe bent christen (katholiek, protestants of anders) en kunt aangeven wat dat voor jou betekent. Om deel te nemen aan de Hiring Day moet je een sollicitatie (motivatiebrief en cv) indienen. Na je sollicitatie ontvang je een automatische bevestiging per e-mail. Wij gaan ondertussen je sollicitatie bekijken en laten je z.s.m. weten wanneer je op gesprek kan komen
Als onderdeel van deze sollicitatieprocedure moet je een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) kunnen aanvragen op onze kosten.
