About this role:

As our O2C Accountant, you will play a vital part in the Order to Cash team. By performing day-to-day processing of accounts receivable transactions, you can ensure that customer accounts are up-to-date, accurate and effectively maintained.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Work collaboratively with Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR) and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
• Responsible to arrange for accurate and timely intercompany invoicing
• Respond to questions from the business regarding accounts receivable topics
• Process customer refunds and generate invoices for various business flows
• Communicate with customers to handle billing & invoicing and providing refunds
• Maintain customer master data and record incoming payments
• Support in month end close including accruals, doubtful debts provisions and reconciliations.
• Continuously drive improvement in quality and efficiency for new processes and systems, enhancing the department’s workflow

 What will you bring to the table?

• Experience as an accountant
• Strong MS Excel and database skills
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Able to discover deviations, analyse and resolve issues
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, managing & prioritising your own tasks
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for being part of a fast-paced, growing business
• Comfortable working as a team player, as well as independently
• A high degree of accuracy & attention to detail
• Fluent English (written & spoken) and good communication skills. Additional European languages are an advantage
