An Infrastructure Specialist opportunity with our global Workplace Technology team. Working with a group of other Specialists to provide tech solutions to our users around the world.

The  Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for keeping the internal systems up and running at all times, and takes part in the innovative projects to automate and improve the systems. 

• Monitor and maintain the existing infrastructure

• Respond to the tickets and requests raised by other teams in the company

• Participate in technical projects and deployments

• Implement solutions for internal teams globally

• Collaborate with the other teams

• Use best practices to improve products/services or processes

• Optimise existing SaaS configurations to meet changing requirements

• Hold requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders

• Experience working with AWS is needed (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB/RDS)

• Linux systems administration experience is needed

• Windows systems administration experience is needed

• Programming skills, experience with a language such as Powershell, JavaScript, Bash

• Azure and Azure AD experience is needed

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Serverless Framework)

• Basic understanding of Network

• Experience with repos in Github/Gitlab

• Enjoy automating processes

• Knowledge of Virtualization and Containers (Vmware, Hyper-V, Docker, Container Orchestration)

• Proven track record of delivering high quality work and driving forward best practices

• Works independently and is able to solve complex problems

• Uses best practice to improve products/services or processes.

• Stays up to date with new technology and existing software used in group

• Experience with Monitoring and Logging/Auditing tools

• Experience with Security Audits

• Experience with Slack and Jira

• Experience with PKI Structure (Certificates and Certification Authorities)
