Team Lead Delivery

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als Team Lead Delivery zorg je elke dag dat processen soepel verlopen, zodat onze klanten op tijd en met een goede service hun boodschappen bezorgd krijgen.
  • Geef leiding aan tientallen bezorgers. Coach hen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorg dat ze gemotiveerd, op tijd en met een bus vol goed ingepakte boodschappen vertrekken naar onze klanten.
  • Neem deel aan ontwikkelingsgesprekken om iedereen in het team te laten groeien.
  • Houd het overzicht. Jij weet precies wie welke route rijdt en welke bus hij of zij meekrijgt. Ondertussen hou je contact met het serviceteam.
  • Neem beslissingen en los eventuele verstoringen op. Voorkom nieuwe problemen door mee te denken over procesverbeteringen op de hub.

Wat wij vragen:
  • Er is geen minimale opleiding vereist.
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende. Je hebt bijvoorbeeld ervaring met het voeren van feedback- en contractgesprekken, en weet verantwoordelijkheid te nemen in het verbeteren van processen
  • Ervaring in een operationele omgeving met een diverse groep medewerkers. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld een supermarkt, magazijn of andere logistieke omgeving geweest zijn
  • In een complexe omgeving houd jij makkelijk overzicht
  • Werken in onze koelcel of vriezer vind je geen probleem
  • Op plotselinge uitdagingen reageer jij op een probleemoplossende manier en schakel je snel
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B
  • Op onregelmatige tijden werken vind je geen probleem

Salarisindicatie: Tussen €2.427 en €2.704 Per maand
