Als IT Recruitment Business Partner ben je samen met je team, bestaande uit 4 IT recruiters en 2 sourcers verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitment proces voor de business van A tot Z. Hoe jij hierbinnen resultaten behaalt? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij de regie pakt, keuzes maakt en daar de verantwoordelijkheid voor neemt. Jouw talenten zet jij in bij het:




  • Managen van het gehele sollicitatieproces, van vacature intake tot en met het voeren van arbeidsvoorwaardengesprekken.
  • Hebben van een creatieve blik op werving, en het organiseren van events, om Schiphol te positioneren op de arbeidsmarkt en talent aan te trekken.
  • Adviseren van je stakeholders op het gebied van recruitment en wervingsstrategie.
  • Impact maken op het verbeteren van het recruitmentproces en de candidate experience.


De afdeling IT&Data bestaat uit de Foundation and Business Platforms. Als IT Recruitment Business Partner ben je verantwoordelijk voor 1 of meerdere teams. Hierbij ben je in de lead voor de werving van het vaste personeel. Samen met de managers draag je zorg voor zorgvuldig opgestelde vacatureteksten, een soepel en gestructureerd werving- en selectieproces en een goede onboarding van de nieuwe collega. Hierin ben jij de expert op het gebied van recruitment en de IT arbeidsmarkt.

  • Hbo- werk- en denkniveau.

  • 5 jaar aantoonbare IT Recruitmentervaring binnen een corporate omgeving.

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het end-to-end leiden van wervingsprocessen.

  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanager op Senior Manager niveau.

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het opzetten en implementeren van recruitmentplanning en advies.

  • € 4744 tot € 6582 bruto per maand (Schaal 12).
  • 8,33 % vaste bonus aan het eind van het jaar.
  • 14,4 diversiteitsuren. Die uren kan je gebruiken om op een feestdag naar keuze (extra) vrij te zijn.
  • Een vergoeding bij thuiswerken van € 3,00 netto per dag.
