Events & Media Coordination Intern

Voor het HPE Channel Sales team zijn wij op zoek naar een proactieve en enthousiaste Events & Media Coordination Intern die het sales team ondersteunt bij diverse werkzaamheden en helpt bij het organiseren, uitvoeren en coördineren van events. Jij werkt hierin nauw samen met de marketingafdeling.

Dit ga je doen

Als Events marketing stagiair ondersteun je het marketing en het sales team bij het regelen van interne en externe evenementen van HPE en bij haar business partners. Incidenteel zijn dit ook evenementen in het buitenland. Je praat mee over de opzet en inhoud, houdt contact met de diverse afdelingen die betrokken zijn, denkt na over de creatieve kant en verzorgt de logistiek en communicatie rondom deze events. Op dit moment zijn er snelle ontwikkelingen gaande in de IT sector op het vlak van bijvoorbeeld AI. Door de events ben je betrokken bij het overbrengen van die laatste ontwikkelingen aan onze business partners.

Daarnaast ben je regelmatig bij de events aanwezig om te ondersteunen en te coördineren. Je ondersteunt met voorkomende administratieve taken en helpt bij het onderhouden van de social mediakanalen van onze salesmanagers.  Dit doe je onder begeleiding van de Channel Director en de Partner Marketing Manager.

In deze rol heb je ook regelmatig afstemming met het marketing team in de regio Noord-west Europa.

Het werk is enorm divers en jouw stage dus ook. Je gaat van theorie naar praktijk en hoe meer werkzaamheden je zelf oppakt, hoe meer verantwoordelijkheid je van ons krijgt.

Wij vragen:

  • Ervaring met office applicaties
  • Nederlands sprekend en schrijvend
