Als startende Design & Production Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen van kunststof componenten die worden gebruikt bij het installeren van pijpleidingen op de zeebodem. Je vertaalt technische specificaties naar praktische en duurzame ontwerpen en begeleidt het traject van matrijsbouw en opstart van productie. Daarnaast voer je analyses en kwaliteitscontroles uit om de prestaties en de integriteit van de componenten te waarborgen en werk je mee aan het testen en valideren van de ontwerpen in een test-omgeving.
Wat ga je doen
Ontwerpen van kunststof componenten, zoals appendages, connectoren en bevestigingsmiddelen, met behulp van CAD-software Uitvoeren van technische berekeningen en analyses om de sterkte en stijfheid van de componenten te beoordelen en te testen Opstellen van technische documentatie, zoals ontwerprapporten en specificaties, volgens interne en externe normen en richtlijnen Opstellen van test procedures en ondersteunen bij het testen en valideren van de eigen ontwerpen in een testomgeving, inclusief het analyseren en rapporteren van testresultaten en het doen van verbetervoorstellen Opstart en begeleiding van de productie in de workshop op onze moderne productielijnen met: 2 spuitgietmachines, een 2-laags plaatextrusielijn en een coating station met 5-assige robot.Bij voldoende opgebouwde kennis/ervaring heb je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar intern project manager voor de gehele validatie en productie van de gevraagde componenten.
