Als jij die analytische denker met een sterke ondernemersgeest bent, dan voel je je bij Exact als een vis in het water. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat je alleen door samen te werken met je team, het beste uit jezelf kunt halen. Als stagiair ondersteun je het accounting team bij het voorbereiden en verwerken van alle Europese administraties. Je bent onderdeel van ons Global Shared Service Centre met naast collega’s in Delft ook collega’s in Kuala Lumpur (MAL). Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat je alleen door nauw samen te werken tot grootse prestaties kunt komen. Op jou kunnen we bouwen zodra je als Intern Accounting:
Balansspecificaties kan opstellen. Payment & Credit Requesten kan verwerken. Boekingen kan processen en verwerken. Payroll kan helpen bij de salarisverwerking. En kan helpen bij ad hoc vragen.Dit = jouw team
We werken continu aan verbetering van onze processen om onze organisatie nog beter van dienst te zijn. Denk hierbij aan Robotic Proces Automation en het optimaal gebruiken van data (BI) om onze inzichten te vergroten. Onze professionals in legal, IT, finance, hr en facilities zijn hierbij van onschatbare waarde.
De afdeling Record to Report staat bekend om zijn nauwkeurigheid en analytisch vermogen. Dat uit zich vooral in een snelle, volledige en juiste afsluiting van de maandcijfers. De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden van de afdeling zijn:

Het is een goed gestructureerd en fijn team om in te werken, je wordt uitgedaagd om mee te denken en voorstellen te doen tot procesverbeteringen - René Duijf, Financial Controller
Het is dynamisch om voor Record to Report te werken met continue groei van de organisatie, organisch dan wel acquisities – Jerome Kipgem, Financial Controller

Je bent opzoek naar een stage waar je ervaring op doet in het werkveld van accounting en een goed beeld krijgt van een grote internationale organistatie; Ervaring vanuit de opleiding op het gebied van Accounting, MER, Economie of Bedrijfskunde; Representativiteit, pro activiteit, ondernemen vermogen en gestructureerd kan werken; Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.Dit = wat je krijgt
