Job Title: Service Project Leader

Your Role:

  • As the Service Project Leader, you spearhead projects to ensure the serviceability level of newly developed products meets the required standards.
  • You lead and manage project teams, overseeing resource allocation, process development, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient and effective service & solution delivery.
  • This role involves active participation in defining and executing departmental strategies aligned with BU strategic goals.
  • You translate objectives into actionable projects, fostering team ownership and accountability within the service & solution delivery innovation team.
