Bij Boer & Croon zorgen wij voor een duurzame ontwikkeling van organisaties en de mensen die hierin werken. Maar dat gaat niet vanzelf. Wij werken vanuit drie focusgebieden: de medewerker (het realiseren van betrokken medewerkers), het leiderschap (realiseren van ontwikkeling door leiderschap) en de verandering (het waarmaken van duurzame transformatie).

Way of working

Met de People Excellence solution helpen we bedrijven om alles te realiseren wat op de agenda van CHRO staat. We laten bedrijven excelleren, door hun mensen te laten excelleren. Dit doen wij met een resultaatgerichte aanpak, gefocust op duurzame verandering van binnenuit. We zien onszelf als tijdelijke “engine of change”; we stimuleren de organisatie met externe kennis, drive en capaciteit. Onze focus ligt op het leveren van resultaten, maar wij laten het eigenaarschap in de kern van de organisatie en zorgen daarmee voor draagvlak. We werken mensgericht en maken verbinding met alle niveaus. We zorgen voor de juiste sturing, een duidelijke structuur en heldere communicatie.

De rol

De functie van Manager People Excellence is tweeledig: enerzijds werk je inhoudelijk op een project en anderzijds bouw je mee om de People Excellence solution in de markt te zetten en de kennis binnen Boer & Croon op dit gebied verder te ontwikkelen.

De inhoudelijke projecten zijn divers. In sommige opdrachten begeleid je transformaties waarin het ontwikkelen of bewegen van medewerkers centraal staat. In andere opdrachten stuur je een (HR) afdeling of team aan, of adviseer je de CHRO. Actuele kennis van HR-trends, ervaring met change management en leiderschapskwaliteiten zijn voor elke opdracht een must. De opdrachten duren gemiddeld 6 maanden en worden vaak in teamverband uitgevoerd (bijvoorbeeld met één of meerdere Young Executives of samen met een ervaren Associate Partner). Werken bij Boer & Croon betekent dat je het grootste deel van de tijd bij de klant op locatie zit. Tijdens projecten staat het netwerk van Boer & Croon tot je beschikking om specifieke kennis te verkrijgen of te sparren met een ervaringsdeskundige.

De rol van Manager vraagt ook om ondernemerschap. Managers hebben veel vrijheid om proposities verder uit te bouwen. Er zijn nu circa 30 Managers werkzaam bij Boer & Croon die per solution samen besluiten welke oplossingen zij verder gaan ontwikkelen, op welke sectoren en onderwerpen ze zich willen richten, hoe ze zich gaan onderscheiden in de markt, welke begeleiding en kennis nodig is en hoe ze targets gaan bepalen en halen. Jij wordt hierbinnen (mede)verantwoordelijk voor de uitbouw van de People Excellence solution. BEDRIJFSINFORMATIE

Functie-eisen

Opleiding, idealiter in een bedrijfskundige of sociaal wetenschappelijke richting Minimaal 3 tot maximaal 8 jaar werkervaring als projectmanager, consultant en/of adviseur in het people excellence domein Ervaring met het leiden van teams en grote projecten; Ervaring met het faciliteren van verandertrajecten.

Ondernemend: hoe vind je het om mee te bouwen aan een business solution in ontwikkeling Analytisch: weet jij snel informatie en processen te doorgronden om vervolgens met concrete aanbevelingen te komen? Coach: vind jij het leuk om werkvloer en management te ondersteunen en coachen om zodoende een continue verbetercultuur te creëren? Sensitief: weet jij met gevoel voor verhoudingen alle partijen mee te krijgen, zowel op mens als organisatieniveau? Doortastend: ben je in staat o.b.v. jouw scherpe analyse ook op het juiste moment door te pakken? Daadkrachtig: zet jij jouw plannen direct om in actie? ARBEIDSVOORWAARDEN

Wat kun je van ons verwachten

Wanneer je als manager bij Boer & Croon aan de slag gaat bevindt de salarisrange zich tussen 3750 – 5400 euro bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur), afhankelijk van de jaren werkervaring. Vakantiegeld. Daarnaast kun je als manager tot max. 20% variabele beloning ontvangen, afhankelijk van performance en commerciële resultaten. Onbeperkt aantal vakantiedagen.
