As a Warehouse Supervisor, supporting co-workers and the operations at our Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:

  • Encourage independent development and consistent performance management for co-workers.
  • Resource planning of daily shift model by consistently monitoring the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Track and complete time and pay system requests.
  • Ensure inbound and outbound flow is processed according to IKEA Warehousing Concept.
  • Adhere to and promote the expectations of Quality for Life and Safety Standards within the unit.
  • Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers. Together as a team

      • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse, or Retail Distribution preferred.
      • 1 to 3 years of leadership experience
      • Experience in leading and developing people
      • Experience with Material Handling Equipment
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office
