✨ Verantwoordelijkheden

Iedere week ontvangen we bij Somnox wel een aantal reparaties. Als Repair Agent, zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten binnen 2 weken hun Somnox weer werkend in huis hebben, zodat ze weer goed kunnen slapen. Dat houdt het volgende in:

Analyseren van de klacht die via ons Customer Support team binnenkomt Onderzoeken van het defecte product aan de hand van de klacht om het defect te vinden. Repareren van defecte producten en kwaliteitscontrole om zeker te zijn dat deze het blijven doen. Vervolgens stem je met het Customer Support team af welke acties er ondernomen zijn en stuur je het product retour naar de klant. Je staat daarnaast in contact met het R&D team, om te zorgen dat klachten uit de markt ook meegenomen worden in de productontwikkeling. Je ondersteunt bij diverse andere projecten zoals het productieproces en refurbishments.

Je hebt twee rechterhanden. Je bent technisch analytisch. Je vindt het leuk om fouten op te sporen en op te lossen. Je helpt graag mensen aan een betere nachtrust.
