Xelion is een toonaangevend en 100% onafhankelijke Nederlandse aanbieder van VoIP oplossingen gericht op het MKB. Dit doen we door onze in-huis gemaakte telefonie / unified Communication oplossingen. Managed Services team
Het team zorgt ervoor dat de infrastructuur waar de Xelion applicatie op wordt geïnstalleerd altijd draait, voorzien wordt van nodige updates en bedenkt initiatieven om de dienst nog betrouwbaarder en veiliger te maken.
Het team bestaat uit 4 engineer (2 Cloud Engineers & 2 Platform Engineers).

Wat ga je doen?
Binnen het team Managed Services ben jij met je collega s verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren en onderhouden van onze productie infrastructuur. Je onderzoekt incidenten en lost deze op, maar adviseert of implementeert ook initiatieven om de dienst stabieler, veiliger en kosten efficiënter te maken.

Het werk bestaat dus uit 3 onderdelen:

Beheer:
  1. Monitoren van de managed servers.
  2. Aanpassen van resources.
  3. Updates uitvoeren.

Oplossen problemen:
  1. Meldingen die vanuit het monitoren ontstaan oplossen.
  2. Oplossen incidenten vanuit support & partners.

Initiëren van verbeteringen in het systeem.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega s van zowel Support als Development. Ten slotte draai je 1x per maand mee in de (on-call) waakdienst.
