Description
- Management of the company's financial administrative process in accordance with Dutch regulations, complying with the standards set by the parent company.- Administrative accounting activities necessary for the management of the company.
- Guarantee the timely and correct processing of reports within the deadlines set by the Group.
- Control and prepare the profit and loss account, as well as the Company's balance sheet.
- Program and plan the company's financial environment, preparing the cash flow, managing relationships with credit institutions.
- General and cost accounting.
- Manage and supervise administrative, tax and financial accounting activities and relations with the external advisor and CFO of Europe.
- Adequately comply with all general accounting aspects of the Company.
- Control of collections and payments, account movements and transfers, accounting for commercial expenses, control of credit cards, daily and monthly bank reconciliation, petty cash.
- Treasury forecasts and control.
- Control of billing to clients, purchase invoices for raw materials and accessories.
- Control of client portfolio and management of unpaid debts.
- Coordinates the administration and finance department, establishes procedures and controls for the correct functioning of the organization, creating the policies to follow in the company.
- Control of the monthly and annual budget, control of Real vs Ppto.
- Coordination with the labor office of remuneration policies, training plans, management of internal processes.
- General accounting: Provisions, amortizations, taxes, payroll and general accounting.
- General management of taxes, monthly and annual with the external advisor.
- Maintenance of inventory value and monitoring of fixed assets.
- Other administrative tasks assigned by your manage
Profile
- Bachelor in Finance or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a relevant sector
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively
- Fluent in English
- Spanish would be an advantage
